Analysis
In
packaging test, it is very important to do
Force/deflection analysis, a severe packing
deflection may cause damage of the products. VENZO
800 series vibration controller provides
Froce/deflection analyis, which scales the
recorded acceleration to Force and computes &
anaysis the position change (deflection) relative
to the accelerometer mounting. The graph is
displayed as Force vs. Deflection, which contains

data.

Capture function provides SR Visualizer, which
including 2D, 3D & 3D replay options, a sereis
of Shock Response computation are performed
and displayed in sequence, this is an educational
tool for understanding how the SRS is
developed and exactly what is means. It is highly
recommnded that the animate option be used
whenever possible, because it allows the user
to develop an intuitive feel for how the SRS
should be
applied.
